As health systems face workforce shortages and rising documentation burden, leaders are confronting a critical question: what is the enterprise cost when clinicians feel disconnected from their purpose?

Generative AI for clinical documentation has been shown to reduce time spent charting while improving clinician satisfaction and patient experience. But moving from pilot success to enterprise-wide scale requires more than technology; it depends on trusted partnerships, operational excellence, and the ability to deliver consistently across specialties and care settings without compromising quality, safety, or clinician experience.

In this session, panelists will share candid reflections on scaling clinical AI in enterprise settings — what truly reduces documentation burden, what drives sustained adoption, and what it takes to restore joy in medicine at scale.
