There will be no exceptions, so please plan accordingly.
Conflict of Interest: AMIA ensures all speakers who have the ability to control content provided at meetings complete a Conflict of Interest form. Individuals who submit an abstract will be asked to complete the Conflict of Interest form during the submission process. All other speakers will be sent an email containing the Conflict of Interest form. All speakers must complete the Conflict of Interest form by Tuesday, December 2, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. EDT.
