Organizations that completed the Vizient/Kaufman Hall AI Maturity Assessment will have the opportunity to place their results in a broader industry context. Using aggregated findings from participating health systems, this session will examine patterns across the six domains of AI maturity, highlight common strengths and capability gaps, and explore the characteristics associated with more advanced AI adoption.
Participants will learn how peer organizations are approaching governance, workforce readiness, data and technology foundations, adoption and scaling, and ROI measurement. Facilitated discussion and breakout activities will enable attendees to compare experiences, identify shared challenges, and explore practical strategies for advancing AI maturity within their own organizations.
The session will move beyond assessment scores to focus on interpretation and action. Attendees will learn how to translate assessment findings into organizational priorities, identify high-value improvement opportunities, and develop a practical roadmap for strengthening AI capabilities and accelerating value realization.
