As far along as we are on our data innovation journey in healthcare, we are just getting started. As the patient experience becomes increasingly digitized, vast opportunities are created to improve outcomes, streamline operations, advance research, and enrich the patient and workforce experience. We only need to look at other industries (retail, finance, travel, etc.) to understand the magnitude of the impact.
