Envisioning the Future of Primary Care: Intervention Strategies to Support Patient-Centered Communication Feedback Technology

We engaged 16 primary care practitioners in envisioning sessions to inform the future implementation of communication monitoring technology to improve patient-centered interactions and mitigate implicit bias. We identified implementation considerations and high priority educational strategies to complement this technology in the implementation of healthcare interventions that aim to promote health equity.
