Clinical data repositories are valuable resources for healthcare institutions, enabling researchers and clinicians to extract insights and drive evidence-based decision-making. The Informatics for Integrating Biology and the Bedside (i2b2) platform is a widely adopted tool for querying clinical data repositories. However, traditional manual query construction can be time-consuming and error-prone, hindering efficient utilization of these repositories. This paper proposes the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques to automate the query generation process within the i2b2 environment, streamlining data access and analysis.
