This study explores the efficacy of leveraging artificial intelligence (AI), particularly ChatGBT, to support breast cancer patients. Analyzing 178 questions, ChatGBT provided responses covering various topics. Results revealed an accuracy rate of 82%, with minimal incomplete responses (13%) and very few completely inaccurate ones (5%). Consistency across topics was high at 92%. These findings emphasize ChatGBT's capacity as a supportive tool, shaping future initiatives to integrate AI to enhance the experience of breast cancer patients.
